We want to make this not only as delicious, but also as enjoyable and as convenient of an experience as possible for you. If you are a first-time customer, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with a few of our notes and procedures listed below. We appreciate your interest, your feedback and your patronage, and we look forward to serving you soon!

*A Note to Our Customers:  We will only offer products that are sourced from the highest-rated HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) distributors in the Tri-State Area. Your safety and well-being are our top priorities.

*A Note about Purchasing in Bulk:  You’ll notice that for the most part throughout our shop, we have maxed out our weight offerings at somewhere between 25 and 30 pounds, depending on the product. We have done so because we would like to give you the opportunity to purchase these items at prices closer to wholesale cost once you get into that range, as you should be able to. If at any time you would like to order more than the weight allotted, please give us a call during our normal business hours (914-874-3069) and we will be happy to discuss your options with you.

*A Quick Note about Weekends:  Although we will not be holding office hours or delivery hours on Saturday & Sunday, our website will, of course, remain open for business 24/7. Feel free to place an order at any time.

*For Your Convenience:  The method in which your meat and poultry are wrapped ensures that all packages will be delivered freezer-ready, for those interested in doing so. Be sure to re-seal tightly.

*Also For Your Convenience:  We will include a “Best if you Freeze by” date (for maximum preservation) with each product ordered. Once frozen, we advocate defrosting steadily and naturally in refrigeration for optimum results. We recommend strongly against defrosting at room temperature or via microwave.

*Disclaimer:  All product will, of course, be delivered in its raw state. There will be times throughout our shop that we will present a picture of our product in its cooked form; this, solely for the purpose of stirring your imagination to see the potential of the finished product.
